Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made in advance via [booking system, email, or direct contact]. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a refund. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. Deposits must be completed before the session unless otherwise agreed. Payments must be completed in full via Zelle, CashApp or Venmo immediately upon completion of the session. You participate at your own risk, and (Majorette Out West nor Ashlei V. Murray) is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participation. By participating in movement-based sessions, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to take part. You are responsible for informing Ashlei V. Murray of any injuries, medical conditions, or movement limitations before participating.
